Things that have happened since the Cubs last had a winning season in Miller Park:
- Osama bin Laden was taken out by a team of Navy SEALs
- A US President was re-elected (NOT A POLITICAL COMMENT, JUST A FACT)
- Another Chicago team won a championship
- England's Prince William got married (and his wife is about to have a baby)
- Apple has gone from iOS 3.2 to iOS 6 for its i-devices
And unless the Cubs win tonight's game, we'll all have to wait until 2014 for the Cubs to have a winning season in Miller Park, because they're 0-4 there in 2013, with four games remaining in Milwaukee after tonight.
Cubs lineup:
Valbuena 3B, Castro SS, Schierholtz RF, Sweeney CF, Rizzo 1B, Bogusevic LF, Castillo C, Barney 2B, Feldman P
Just as I wanted to see: Brian Bogusevic getting some time in left field against right-handed pitching.
Brewers lineup:
Aoki RF, Segura SS, Lucroy C, Ramirez 3B, Francisco 1B, Weeks 2B, Schafer CF, Gindl LF, Gallardo P

The last time Scott Feldman started in Milwaukee, April 21, his throwing error helped lead to three unearned runs, which basically lost the game. After that, Feldman had a string of very good outings. This month, though, he's been a little worse, posting a 4.81 ERA in four starts, though going at least six innings in three of them. Ryan Braun hit a home run off Feldman back in April, but Braun is on the DL now.
Yovani Gallardo had been having a really bad 2013 until his last three starts. He hasn't allowed an earned run in any of them (although three unearned runs in the last one), covering 21 innings. He has not faced the Cubs this year; current Cubs are hitting .214 against him (25-for-117). Clearly, we are doomed.
Today's game is on WGN.

Baseball-reference.com game preview
Please visit our SB Nation Brewers site Brew Crew Ball. Be careful over there, though.
Here's the scoop on game threads for 2013. You'll find the game preview -- like this one -- posting as the first link in the StoryStream™, which will then contain all the overflow threads and the recap. The recap will also be on the front page as a separate post; once I post a game recap, the stream for each game will be retitled "Cubs vs. (Team) (Day of Week) Game Threads" so you can go back and find every thread related to that particular game.
In general, game previews will post two hours before game time. Exception: for day games after night games, that will usually be 90 minutes.
You will also be able to find the First Pitch Thread and all the overflow threads in the box marked "Chicago Cubs Game Threads" at the bottom of the front page (you can also find them in this section link). They will also appear in this StoryStream™. As I've done for each regular-season game for several years now, we'll have the First Pitch thread at five minutes before game time (moved up from actual game time per your requests), then an overflow one hour, two hours and 2:45 after game time.
Discuss amongst yourselves.
