Most of the Saturday sessions are going to be live-streamed so you can see them at CBSChicago.com if you can't make it. I'm one of those who won't be there, as I'm still in Arizona, so I'll be watching online and posting about the key sessions you are likely wondering about. Those would be: the Ricketts family forum, Meet Cubs baseball Management, the session with Joe Maddon and the coaching staff, and finally, the business operations update in which we'll learn what the Cubs' contingency plans are for bleacher season-ticket holders if the bleachers aren't done by Opening Night.
Never fear! BCB's Danny Rockett will be at the Convention and will be posting his usual offbeat looks at this event over the weekend. It's likely going to be a lot more crowded than the photo above, which was taken at last year's convention. This year's is sold out and I'm guessing the corridors at the Sheraton will be packed.
If you're going, have fun. If not -- we'll have complete coverage here.
