Well, the Cubs lost Game 1 of the NLDS and came back to win that series... will the same happen again in the NLCS?

Writer's Note: The daily selections of the three Heroes and three Goats are based solely on the top three and bottom three WPA scores for the game. The selections are not based on my subjective opinion.
THE THREE HEROES:
- Superhero - Starlin Castro (.103). Gave the Cubs a huge boost with his run-scoring double in the fifth, but might have given it right back on the single that followed.
- Hero - Anthony Rizzo (.064). Setting the table by getting plunked may not be advisable, but it worked in this case.
- Sidekick - Miguel Montero (.020). Provided one last chance in the ninth with his two-out single, but nothing came of it.
THE THREE GOATS:
- Billy Goat - Jon Lester (-.225). A victim of bad momentum and bad run support in the early innings combined with running out of gas in the later ones.
- Goat - Javier Baez (-.133). Part of it was the single in the fifth where Castro was thrown out at home, but just as big of a part of it was his strikeout in the seventh with two on.
- Kid - Dexter Fowler (-.092). Couldn't find his way on base, even when he drilled one off of Matt Harvey.
