American League Championship Series Game 4, Blue Jays vs. Royals, Tuesday 10/20, 3:07 CT

The Jays have a chance to tie up their series with the Royals.

Dan Hamilton-USA TODAY Sports

The Toronto Blue Jays did on Tuesday night exactly what the Cubs have to do tonight in their own Game 3 -- come out with bats blazing. Even at that, they had to hang on for a three-run victory after being up by seven runs -- twice. (That Toronto bullpen is more or less a disaster area.)

Chris Young, who had a pretty good year (11-6, 3.06 ERA, 1.086 WHIP, although with a 4.52 FIP that resembled Dan Haren's) at age 36, will get the start for the Royals. You might remember Young from the fight he had with Derrek Lee at Wrigley Field in this 2007 game.

R.A. Dickey, whose knuckleball can sometimes baffle and sometimes be very hittable, gets the call for the Jays. He gave up one run in 4⅔ innings in Game 4 of their division series against the Rangers, but as you can see, didn't make it out of the fifth inning: 78 pitches to get 14 outs.

The game is on FS1. Announcers: Joe Buck, Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci.
