Once again, I know you're all in Kris Bryant mode today, but I wanted to share these photos that BCB's David Sameshima took on the off day Thursday. Here's his report:
I arrived at 3:20 p.m. There was work in progress all around the ballpark. The significant event today was that more concrete was being delivered into the left field bleachers. I did hear that they would be doing some work tomorrow morning, before Friday's game.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Al Yellon. He replaced my monopod, which was damaged in an accident last month. Now I can safely resume taking photos over the top of the construction fences, around the ballpark. There weren't many opportunities to use the monopod during Thursday's visit. I did manage to use it to take one photo of the left field bleachers.
It was my pleasure to replace the monopod, the least I could do for David for all the work he's done for BCB during the construction project. I also want to thank everyone who donated to the GoFundMe campaign to replace David's broken camera. He's been using borrowed and backup equipment to keep documenting the project and thanks to all of you, will soon have new equipment. Thank you all again.
