2015 MLB Trade Deadline Day

With just a few hours to go until the non-waiver trade deadline, will the Cubs make a deal?

Here's a Cubs rumor to start off your morning regarding Indians righthander Carlos Carrasco:

And just to get you up to speed, here is a list of all the significant trades made this week, perhaps the busiest trade deadline week ever:

July 26

Reds trade Johnny Cueto to the Royals for Brandon Finnegan, John Lamb, and Cody Reed.

July 27

Red Sox trade Shane Victorino and cash to the Angels for Josh Rutledge.

Athletics trade Tyler Clippard and $1 million to the Mets for Casey Meisner.

July 28

Phillies trade Jonathan Papelbon and cash to the Nationals for Nick Pivetta.

Athletics trade Ben Zobrist and cash to the Royals for Aaron Brooks and Sean Manaea.

Rays trade David DeJesus and to the Angels for Eduar Lopez.

Indians trade David Murphy to the Angels for Eric Stamets.

Rockies trade Troy Tulowitzki and LaTroy Hawkins to the Blue Jays for Jose Reyes, Miguel Castro, Jeff Hoffman, and Jesus Tinoco.

July 29

Pirates trade Jayson Aquino to the Indians for cash.

Royals trade Joe Blanton to Pirates for cash considerations

Phillies trade Cole Hamels, Jake Diekman and cash to Rangers for Matt Harrison, Jorge Alfaro, Nick Williams, Jake Thompson, Alec Asher and Jerad Eickhoff

July 30

Tigers trade David Price to the Blue Jays for Jairo Labourt, Matt Boyd, and Daniel Norris.

Brewers trade Carlos Gomez and Mike Fiers to the Astros for Domingo Santana, Brett Phillips, Josh Hader, Adrian Houser and international bonus slot No. 76.

Mariners trade Dustin Ackley to the Yankees for Ramon Flores and Jose Ramirez.

Tigers trade Joakim Soria to the Pirates for JaCoby Jones.

Indians trade Brandon Moss to the Cardinals for Rob Kaminsky.

Reds trade Mike Leake to the Giants for Adam Duvall and Keury Mella.

Dodgers, Marlins and Braves make a 13-player trade, as follows:

Dodgers get: Mat Latos and Michael Morse from the Marlins and Bronson Arroyo, Luis Avilan, Jim Johnson and Jose Peraza from the Braves.

Braves get: Hector Olivera, Paco Rodriguez and Zach Bird from the Dodgers and the Marlins' competitive-balance pick in the 2016 draft.

Marlins get: Jeff Brigham, Victor Araujo and Kevin Guzman from the Dodgers.

That's 23 teams who have made at least one trade this week. The seven who haven't, yet: Diamondbacks, White Sox, Twins, Orioles, Giants, Padres... and the Cubs, who have been linked to at least one team also on the "haven't" list, the Padres.

There are just six hours to go (from the time of this post) until the non-waiver deadline hits at 3 p.m. CT. Remember that even if you don't hear of a trade by precisely 3 p.m., that's the deadline for teams to file paperwork on trades. It's still possible news could be reported on a deal for an hour or so after that.

Enjoy this day, and perhaps it will bring the Cubs a new player or two.
