The good news for the Blue Jays is that they’ve given the Indians, who were second in the A.L. in runs this year, just four runs in the two games of the ALCS so far.

The bad news for the Blue Jays, who scored just 18 fewer runs than the Tribe this year and hit 221 home runs, is that they have scored just once in the 18 innings of the ALCS and struck out 25 times in 63 at-bats.

They’re hoping having home field for the next three days will wake up their bats.

Probable pitchers: Trevor Bauer (Indians) vs. Marcus Stroman (Blue Jays).

Today’s game is on TBS at 7 p.m. CT. Announcers: Ernie Johnson (play-by-play), Ron Darling & Cal Ripken, Jr. (analysts) with Sam Ryan (reporter). Gameday game preview
