White Sox Announce Game Time Change For Cubs Game July 26

If you're going to this game, make a note of the new time.

The Cubs and White Sox will meet on four consecutive weeknights in July, the 25th and 26th at the Cell, then the 27th and 28th at Wrigley Field.

Today, the White Sox announced a time change for the Tuesday, July 26 game:

ESPN has picked up the game, with the first pitch moving up one hour to 6:10 p.m. CT. WPWR also will broadcast the game as scheduled.

On that day, parking lots will open at 3 p.m. and the gates to the ballpark will open at 4:10 p.m.

The WPWR broadcast as noted will be with the White Sox announcers -- and the two games against the Cubs are ones where Hawk Harrelson will be in the booth for home games. The Cubs TV broadcast that night with Len Kasper and Jim Deshaies will be on CSN Chicago.

This means, though, that all of you outside the Chicago broadcast territory will get to see this game on ESPN. ESPN's announcers have yet to be named for this game, but I'll post them when that information is available.
