That makes seven concert dates at the ballpark.

Last week it was announced by Green Day that they’d be playing at Wrigley Field this summer, but with no date.

Tuesday, the Cubs sent emails to season-ticket holders as well as Wrigley neighbors offering presales to this show, which will happen Thursday, August 24.

The STH and neighborhood presales are tomorrow, Wednesday, January 18, from noon to 10 p.m. CT. This link at cubs.com says there are already other presales happening and tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, January 20 at 10 a.m. CT.

The Cubs will be on the road that day playing the Reds, in the middle of a six-game trip to Cincinnati and Philadelphia.

Here’s the complete (so far) concert lineup for Wrigley Field in 2017:

June 29: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
June 30: Dead & Company
July 1: Dead & Company
July 17: James Taylor
August 11: Billy Joel
August 24: Green Day
August 26: Zac Brown Band

As always, I hope the Cubs leave enough time to get the field back in baseball shape after these shows.
