MLB Playoffs 2017: Cubs set NLCS roster

There has been just one change, and it’s one you likely expected.

Only one man will be different in the Cubs’ roster for the National League Championship series from the 25 men who defeated the Nationals in the division series. Hector Rondon will replace Justin Wilson, who appeared in only one game during the division series.

I think you’ll agree the Cubs could use a fresh bullpen arm. Rondon had some elbow issues (bone chips), but now has had a couple weeks extra rest. He was throwing well in late September, and could provide some real late-inning help in this series.

Here’s the entire NLCS roster.
