Here’s how Joe Maddon is lining up his team for tonight’s Game 4 of the National League Championship Series:

Against Dodgers lefty Alex Wood, Joe is leading off with Albert Almora Jr. Kyle Schwarber again hits second. That worked all right in Game 3, as Schwarber homered.
Jason Heyward gets the night off against Wood, though you can be pretty sure that if the Cubs have a late lead, Heyward will be in the game for defense.
I know, “Cubs lead” is a tall order these days. But a man can dream, right?
There had been some concern about Willson Contreras, who was hit in the arm with a foul ball in Game 3 and departed for Alec Avila. But Willson is apparently OK.
One game at a time. Until the last out of an elimination game, there's still hope.
