The Cubs announced Wednesday that next week, tickets for 2018 regular-season games would go on sale in the form of eight-game and 14-game “packs,” each one featuring a different selection of games.

The eight-game packs provide a choice of four pre-selected, eight-game plans, with each option tailored to different fan interests. Options include the “Friday Pack,” featuring eight Friday games; the “Sunday Pack,” featuring eight Sunday games; the “Rival Pack,” featuring matchups with the Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers and NL Central Division rivals; and the “Summer Pack,” featuring games during the summer months of June, July and August.

You have to order the same number of tickets for each of the eight games in the package. Prices start at $231 in the Upper Deck Reserved Outfield before service fees and amusement taxes, with other prices varying based on plan and location.

The 14-game “flex pack” features an ability to customize your game selection based on these criteria: it allows you to pick two Diamond tier games, two Platinum tier games, four Gold tier games and six games from among either the Bronze or Silver tier games. Prices start at $320 in the Upper Deck Reserved Outfield before service fees and amusement taxes, with other prices varying based on plan and location. Overall, you can pick from 79 total games when purchasing the Cubs 14-game flex pack. The only games excluded from the 14-game flex pack are Opening Day and Saturday, July 21 vs. the Cardinals.

You can find more details on these packs here. They go on sale at that link Tuesday, November 28 at noon CT, or by calling 1-800-THE-CUBS or by emailing fanservices@cubs.com. If you’re a season-ticket holder you will get a presale for these packs beginning at 10 a.m. CT on November 28 and you should have received, or will soon, an email with a unique presale code.
