Courtesy of Curtis Waltz, who runs the @WrigleyAerials Twitter account and who often flies over the ballpark, we have seven more images from above Wrigley Field.
These photos were taken Monday, December 18, so they’re a week old, but you can see considerable progress has been made on both sides of the park.
The field looks like a parking lot/staging area. Hard to believe baseball will be played there in a bit over three months.
You can see quite a bit of progress has been made on the high-end club that’s going to be located on the third-base side of the park. Per this link at wrigleyfield.com, that’s going to be the W Club, which, when completed, will look like this:

The colder weather this week might make work a bit more difficult; concrete won’t cure in temperatures this cold, so the workers will have to work on other parts of the project.
If you are enjoying Curtis Waltz’ aerial photos of Wrigley Field, please check out the rest of his work at aerialscapes.com.
We hope to have more photos of the Wrigley construction project here later in the week.
