Thanks to the Brewers sweeping the Rockies, there is just one division series game tonight. On the other hand. the Yankees and Red Sox could play long enough to span the time usually taken up by two games. Still, I wouldn’t mind this series going the full length, just because more baseball is always better.
The Yankees/Red Sox series is tied at one game each, and tonight’s game is at Yankee Stadium.
Game time for Yankees/Red Sox: 6:30 p.m. CT. TV: TBS. Announcers: Brian Anderson and Ron Darling, with reporter Lauren Shehadi.
Pitching matchups:
Luis Severino (Yankees) vs. Nathan Eovaldi (Red Sox)
