Now you, too, can fly the ‘double Yu’

Here’s how you can get this cool T-shirt.

We’ve certainly run through our share of puns here on the first name of new Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish. And yes, I’m going to lay low on them, at least for a while... but not in this article!

Because now you have your chance to actually wear one of those puns!

To celebrate the signing of Darvish to a six-year, $126 million contract with the Cubs, we have partnered with our friends at Breaking T to make this officially licensed product of the Major League Baseball Players Association, a T-shirt that lets you proudly say: Fly the double Yu. The shirt features white print on an ultra-soft blue tee with an athletic fit; made from a super-comfortable, vintage-inspired blend of 60 percent combed ringspun cotton and 40 percent polyester jersey.

You can get one now in time for spring training, or to wear at Wrigley Field when the Cubs begin the home season April 9 against the Pirates.

Here’s the link to order yours. Enjoy flying the double Yu! Also, if you are interested, the “RESPECT ME” Anthony Rizzo shirt Breaking T and BCB partnered on last fall is still available. Click here to get your “RESPECT ME” shirt!

And here’s a larger version of the image on the front of the shirt.
