The results of that presale included having tickets for a game on April 5, 2018 available for as little as $8 on StubHub. As Sara Sanchez told me, “I save receipts.”
And, it didn’t prevent any Cubs fans from buying tickets. You know, because there actually are a lot of Cubs fans who live in Wisconsin. Or have friends or family that live in Wisconsin.
But you do you, Brewers:
Any claims that this presale is an attempt to prevent Cubs fans from getting Brewers tickets are… well, pretty accurate, actually.— Milwaukee Brewers (@Brewers) February 13, 2019
The presale begins tomorrow at 9am CT. Details: https://t.co/qJjhicT3OY pic.twitter.com/OpdmrnOcZL
So this is a heads-up from me to any Cubs fans who live north of the cheddar curtain, or who have friends or family who live there, and who want to go see the Cubs play at
Miller Park Wrigley North: You’ve got your chance beginning tomorrow, Thursday, February 14, beginning at 9 a.m. CT.
The Cubs will play the Brewers again on April 5, 2019 — this year, that’s a Friday, and again April 6 and April 7, just before the home opener Monday, April 8. They’ll be up in Milwaukee again July 26-27-28 and September 5-6-7-8.
Let’s fill their place with Cubs fans!
