FanPost Friday: Tell us about your most memorable game experience

Some games stick in our memories, long after we’ve left the park, or even as the season progresses. Once in a while we find ourselves thinking about a certain game even years later. What is it about those games that sticks in our minds? Was it the final game of a beloved player? Did you get featured on the broadcast feed and get dozens of texts froms friends and family? Perhaps it was a boring home loss, where you happened to meet your future spouse while waiting in line to get a hot dog.

In this week’s FanPost prompt, we want to know what the most memorable game you ever attended was, and why. It can be a game at any park, featuring any team. If your most memorable game happened to happen while you were watching at home, tell us that too.
