Earlier this week, Major League Baseball announced they would be revising the Grapefruit League schedule for teams who conduct spring training camps in Florida:
MLB in process of finalizing revised Grapefruit League schedule, placing teams in separate “pods” on east and west coasts of Florida, sources tell me and @MattGelb. West-coast teams in FL will play 28 games and east-coast teams 24, making up rest with intrasquad-type matchups.

At the time I wrote that article, I speculated that something similar might happen for Cactus League games in Arizona — in fact, the Diamondbacks and Rockies abruptly postponed a planned spring ticket sale last Saturday without giving a reason beyond “further review regarding Spring Training details” — and now, in fact, that’s exactly what has happened. All teams have had their schedules revised, announced by MLB Friday afternoon.
Here is the revised Cubs Spring Training schedule for 2021, which includes one game against every Cactus League team, home and road.. Game times and ticket sale details have not yet been announced, though it has been previously stated that Sloan Park will be allowed to sell about 25 percent of capacity (about 3,500 tickets) and that Sloan Park season-ticket holders would get first crack at those tickets.
Home games in boldface. All games at 2:05 CT through Saturday, March 13, then at 3:05 CT starting Sunday, March 14, unless otherwise noted. When broadcast information is available I’ll post it.
