There was a report late this afternoon that at least one Cubs player was headed to the COVID-19 list:
At least one Chicago Cubs player is being placed on the COVID list, according to sources familiar with the situation. It’s believed to be out of abundance of caution.

Here are the names of three Cubs pitchers who are being placed on the 10-day injured list:
Jason Adam, Dan Winkler, Brandon Workman on 10-day injured list (not saying specifically covid-19 list; also not saying injuries).

Also: bullpen coach Chris Young has tested positive (after first base coach Craig Driver tested positive and skipped trip to Pittsburgh).
As Gordon Wittenmyer notes, the Cubs are not specifically saying these three pitchers are going on the COVID-19 list, but neither have they said these pitchers are injured. However:
For clarification: The official wording is that the three players are going on the "injured list", but not the 10-day IL and also not the COVID list. Lots of moving parts. https://t.co/Q6eQPxuOIS

Adam and Winkler pitched in Sunday’s game in Pittsburgh and Workman threw on Saturday and none of the three showed any sign of injury.
Wittenmyer also reports via Twitter that corresponding roster moves are TBA, but there are two pitchers on the road with the team via the “taxi squad,” and the purpose of said taxi squad is in part to provide replacements for events like this without having to fly someone in from another location.
Brad Wieck and Pedro Strop are the pitchers on the taxi squad. Wieck is on the 40-man roster (optioned), but Strop isn’t.
Regarding tonight’s game:
David Ross: "Tonight's game is not in jeopardy. Everybody who has been tested who is here was negative."#Cubs

I’m posting this now to get the information out there and will update this post when the corresponding roster moves are announced.
UPDATE — clarification on the injured list placement:
Cubs have clarified this is the injured list, not the 10-day injured list.

UPDATE — it’s officially the COVID-19 list, and here are the replacements:
Cubs add LHPs Justin Steele and Brad Wieck and RHP Pedro Strop from alternate site to augment bullpen.
